There are no classes in Greenhills this evening, Thursday 31st January, as the Athletics Club need the use of the hall for their AGM. Classes resume on Sunday at the normal times.

As it’s a bank holiday weekend there are no classes in Greenhills this Sunday or Adamstown on Monday. Have a great weekend everyone.

There will be no classes held in Sandyford this Friday 25th as we will be setting up the hall for the M.D.T.S. colour belt tournament. Everyone is welcome to come along on Saturday to see the competition which starts at 10.00am.

Due to the hall been used by the school in Adamstown this Saturday the 26th there will be no Little Dragons class this week We are sorry for the inconvenience but we only found out ourselves after it was to late to tell everyone last Saturday. Classes will resume the following Saturday 2nd June.

All classes will resume in Adamstown tonight (5th March) for both junior and senior members. Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

Due to the weather there will be no Little Dragons classes in Adamstown tomorrow morning (Saturday) and no classes in Greenhills on Sunday morning. Tip: shovelling snow is great arm and core exercise ;).
